"Horrible customer service"

I wouldn’t even give it a 1! Horrible Customer service and they do not refund. I ordered beige color and they sent me Charlie Brown yellow and when I emailed them about the color they said it is policy to send a similar color if they are out of that color and they will not refund. Then they sent me an email stating that I ordered yellow which I would never. I ordered beige for my daughter in law. So now I’m out the money and it’s an ugly yellow orange color.
